"We hired Austin Auditors to do an energy audit of our older home and to give us suggestions for what improvements we could make that would give us the greatest amount of improved energy efficiency for the least cost. The result was the best experience we have had ever had with any service company anywhere. William did a prompt and incredibly thorough evaluation of our home. He spent a substantial amount of time with us before the audit getting specific information about our house and ensuring that he understood what we wanted the audit to address. He produced an extremely detailed and useful written report for us after the audit. He came back again after the report and spent time with us going over the report to make sure we understood it and to answer additional questions. He then followed up with us several times to provide additional information relevant to the report's suggestions. I would recommend Austin Auditors without reservation for any home energy audit. The report we received contained a treasure trove of information at a bargain price"

"I work in the architectural world, and while I knew many of the energy upgrades that needed to be performed to our home, I was unsure which upgrades were the most critical (and the most bang for your buck), and I was a bit clueless and overwhelmed over the different energy rebates/tax credits that are being offered at the moment (plus, I totally missed a few items that Austin Auditors pointed out). "I recently received an inspection from William and was really impressed. I told him up front that I was focused on DIY fixes, and he geared his report around the things I could fix myself at a low cost. He also pointed out fixes I could have done professionally for without paying anything out of pocket by using governmental rebates. He answered all my questions, and even offered to direct me to suppliers for the materials I would need of the energy saving products. "It is very rare to find a company that is not out to make a buck rather than help a client save some money at the expense of losing business for themselves. Austin Auditors scheduled an appointment to audit our home and called me back within the hour to ask if I had checked with the city to see if we were exempt. This was news to me but I decided to check and sure enough we were exempt. By the reccomendation of Austin Auditors, we saved the cost of the audit. "Austin Auditors performed an ECAD required energy audit at my residence. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, once they were selected for the job they were very flexible in accommodating my tight schedule. On sight the job was done quickly, thouroughly, and efficiently. The auditor (William) was very friendly and explained what he was is looking for and what he is doing in plain English. After the audit, there was no trace evidence of anybody performing an audit left in the house. The report was promised within one to two business days and arrived after one.
